I may be the last person on earth who does not own a cell-phone. So I had never tried to browse the new OCP site with a mobile device until a friend here at the SBL conference in Atlanta showed it to me on his Windows Mobile phone. Ouch! I had no idea that mobile browsers (in this case Opera Mobile 9 and 10) rendered the style declarations of a web-page so differently than desktop browsers do. So it looks like I'll be designing a separate stylesheet for mobile platforms, though here too browsers seem to be moving toward better and better support for web standards. So the question is whether I will get to the mobile stylesheet before it's made redundant by improvements in mobile browsers.
